We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Building Materials Showroom dealing in Aluminium Sections, ACP Sheets, PVC Sheets, Ceiling & Wall Panels, Steel Doors, WPC Doors, and Bathroom Doors (PVC/UPVC/FRP).
The candidate should have strong skills in Retail Sales, B2B & B2C Marketing, and be capable of effectively following up and closing leads. Training and support will be provided.
Candidates also from Thrissur and Ernakulam who are willing to relocate to Kollam are encouraged to apply. PG accommodation can be provided in addition to the salary if required.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in showroom customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Generate new leads through marketing and networking
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate order processing and payment collection
Required Skills
- Experience in building materials, construction, or interior products preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with strong closing ability
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge
