Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new customers.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer queries via email and video calls.
- Follow up to improve product adoption.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Work closely with Product and Support teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a SaaS company.
- Experience working with USA-based clients is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from our Ahmedabad office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
