Job Description
Chaithanya Granites & Marble is looking for a Telecaller to support the Sales Team by handling customer follow-ups, generating new leads, and maintaining lead details. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and mandatory Excel knowledge. Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Age: 30 years and above
- Experience: Telecalling/Sales experience preferred
- Excel Knowledge: Mandatory
- Follow up with existing customers and sales leads
- Support the Sales Team with regular follow-ups
- Generate and develop new leads
- Maintain customer and lead details in Excel
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for appointments and enquiries
- Good communication and follow-up skills required
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
