TELECALLER ROLE :
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our studio team. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, converting leads into bookings, following up with clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Explain packages, offers, and services clearly to clients
Maintain daily follow-up records and customer details
Achieve monthly booking and sales targets
Coordinate with the studio team regarding client requirements and schedules
Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer support
REQUIREMENTS :
Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer handling preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle pressure and achieve conversions
Positive attitude and professional behavior
