- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues in complex AC systems. Execute immediate breakdown repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine, scheduled maintenance checks to prevent major system failures and optimize energy efficiency.
- Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the safe delivery, physical installation, and initial calibration of new AC units at various client sites.
- Customer Support: Explain technical issues and repair options clearly to clients, ensuring high satisfaction. Provide end-user training on system operations and maintenance best practices.
- Compliance & Reporting: Complete accurate work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure all work adheres to safety and industry regulations.
