We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to promote the services of our Polyclinic in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing referral networks, generating patient footfall, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and executing local marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic's visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and corporate organizations.
- Promote the polyclinic's healthcare services and specialty consultations.
- Generate patient referrals and increase OPD footfall.
- Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, corporate offices, schools, colleges, and residential communities.
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and patient feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports, lead reports, and monthly performance reports.
- Achieve monthly patient acquisition and business development targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, diagnostic centres, hospitals, or related industries.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in field marketing activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving License.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Cuttack and nearby areas.
