Senior Sales Manager

Candidates with prior experience as a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, or in a similar sales leadership role are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Assign targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular guidance and support.
* Conduct periodic team meetings and sales reviews to ensure business objectives are achieved.
* Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
2. Sales & Business Development
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT networking and infrastructure market.
* Promote and sell networking products such as routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and structured cabling products.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
3. Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, resellers, contractors, and corporate clients.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable networking product solutions.
* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations when required.
4. Quotation & Order Management
* Review and approve sales quotations, proposals, and product specifications prepared by the team.
* Follow up on quotations and ensure their conversion into confirmed sales orders.
* Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
5. Market Research & Product Knowledge
* Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, brands, and market trends.
* Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
* Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demand.
6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales pipelines.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Ensure CRM systems are updated with customer interactions and sales activities.
7. After-Sales Support
* Ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow-up after product delivery.
* Coordinate with technical teams for product support or issue resolution when required.
