Role Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to handle inbound
and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, providing accurate
information, and ensuring excellent service delivery while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about University
Maintain calling records and update databases/CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader/Manager as required.
Ensure adherence to organization policies and customer service standards.
Contribute to team performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
Candidate must be having schooling from English Medium
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Prior call centre/customer service experience preferred, but freshers may apply.
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
