Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
- Guide the team in converting prospects into customers and improving conversion rates.
- Prepare sales plans and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings with team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Support the team in handling key customer meetings, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Train and mentor new sales executives on products, sales processes, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and sales processes.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Take ownership of team performance and drive continuous improvement in sales outcomes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
