Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our new branch office in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and leadership. You will play a vital role in shaping our projects, mentoring junior architects, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions.
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.
* Conduct site evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Mentor and guide junior architects and interns.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to integrate innovative practices into projects.
* Engage in business development activities to expand the client base.
* Collaborate with international team based in Chicago
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, and licensed with the COA.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and local construction practices in India.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience leading architectural teams and projects.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
