Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary candidate to drive the visual identity of Qubits across all customer touchpoints. This role will lead design strategy, mentor designers, and establish design systems that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the overall design function across marketing, product, curriculum, and customer success initiatives.
● Define and evolve Qubits' visual identity and design standards.
● Manage and mentor the design team.
● Drive creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
● Collaborate with leadership to align design strategy with business objectives.
● Review and approve design outputs to maintain quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
● 5+ years of experience in design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, product, and marketing design expertise.
● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience building and managing design teams.
● Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven organisations.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
