Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces, setting tool offsets and work coordinates.
- Programming: Load, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
- Operation: Operate CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC) for production runs, monitoring the process and making adjustments.
Skills & Qualification:
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in CNC setting and operation.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, understand offsets, tool selection, and basic G-code.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
