About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate / Scientist to join our Cell Biology & Molecular Biology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques, assay development, and preclinical research. The role involves executing client-sponsored research projects, ensuring compliance with GLP/OECD guidelines, and contributing to scientific innovation within a dynamic CRO environment.
- Expertise in cosmeceutical efficacy evaluation, skin biology, hair follicle biology, anti-hair fall, and hair growth studies
- ELISA-based biomarker quantification.
- Flow cytometry sample preparation and analysis.
- Gene Expression Analysis (RT-PCR, qPCR, Digital PCR)
- Protein Expression and Quantification (Western Blot, ELISA, Multiplex Assays)
- Anti- viral study
- Candidate with demonstrated GLP experience in conducting Toxicology studies as per OECD guidelines
- Expertise in Protocol development, Study execution, Data review, Report preparation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Participation in client meetings and technical presentations.
- Expertise in Statistical analysis using GraphPad Prism/SPSS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Strong understanding of GLP, OECD, and laboratory quality systems.
- Excellent scientific documentation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client projects.
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. or M.Tech in:
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology
- Life Sciences
- Or related discipline
Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant industry experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a CRO environment.
