Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
· Run cost analysis of various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
· Select price and source of facade materials.
· Project job costing.
· Cutting list preparation and coordination with workshop team.
· Preparation of BOQ.
· Attend meeting with contractor and main consultant for drawing details.
· Monitor and control throughout the project.
· Identify risk surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation
· Coordination and execution
Qualifications:
· B-tech in Civil Engineering.
QS/ESTIMATION COURSES
Fresher / 1 Year of Experience in relevant field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
