Art & Craft Teacher – Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and experienced Art & Craft Teachers to join our team and conduct engaging, interactive, and skill-based art sessions for children and individuals across different age groups. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, strong creative abilities, and the capability to make learning fun and hands-on.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct creative and interactive Art & Craft classes, workshops, and activities.
- Teach a variety of art and craft forms including:
- Drawing & sketching
- Painting (watercolor, acrylic, poster colors, etc.)
- DIY crafts
- Paper craft & origami
- Clay art
- Best out of waste/recycled art
- Canvas art and decorative crafts
- Design lesson plans and creative activities according to different age groups and skill levels.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, confidence, and participation among students.
- Maintain a fun, positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Guide students individually during activities and help improve their artistic skills.
- Prepare and manage art materials, supplies, and classroom setup before sessions.
- Assist in planning seasonal workshops, exhibitions, themed activities, and special events.
- Keep updated with new art trends, creative techniques, and workshop ideas.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of art materials and workspace after sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art & Craft Teacher, Instructor, or Workshop Facilitator.
- Strong practical knowledge of different art and craft techniques and mediums.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom and group management abilities.
- Patient, energetic, creative, and passionate about teaching and working with children.
- Ability to conduct both individual and group activities effectively.
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Craft, Design, or related field will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience conducting hobby classes, summer camps, or workshop-based learning sessions.
- Ability to create unique and engaging activity concepts.
- Basic understanding of social media trends or creative presentation ideas is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
