Requirement in a Gist:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive to expand our wholesale network across India. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with party shops, decorators, event planners, and wholesalers, introduce our products, and generate repeat orders.
This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent communication, persistence, making PDF catalogues and follow-up skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to party shops, gift stores, wholesalers, and event decorators across India through phone calls, WhatsApp, and video calls.
- Introduce our products and build strong customer relationships.
- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Create professional product catalogues and price lists in PDF format using product images and information provided by the company.
- Update catalogues whenever new products are launched or prices change.
- Send catalogues, quotations, and promotional offers to customers via WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up consistently with customers to close orders and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Meet monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and video calls.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Canva (or similar tools) for creating PDF catalogues.
- Basic computer skills and ability to organise product information.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
