Job Title: QA Tester (Fresher) Location: Visakhapatnam Experience: 0–1 Year
Job Summary:
CredBuddha is looking for a passionate QA Tester (Fresher) with a strong interest in both Manual Testing and Automation using Selenium + Java. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring application quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and create test cases & test scenarios
- Perform Manual Testing (functional, regression, usability)
- Develop and execute Automation Test Scripts using Selenium with Java
- Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks
- Identify, track, and report defects using Jira/Bugzilla
- Perform API Testing using Postman
- Work closely with developers and product teams
- Conduct regression and smoke testing after deployments
- Ensure maximum test coverage through automation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts (mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Selenium with Java (mandatory)
- Understanding of STLC & SDLC
- Knowledge of testing types: Functional, Regression, Integration
- Good analytical and debugging skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on practice with automation frameworks (TestNG, Maven)
- Basic Java programming skills (OOP concepts)
- Familiarity with Cucumber (BDD)
- API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Internship/project experience in Selenium automation
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli District)
