About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Counsellor to join our team at UIDM. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities while ensuring a smooth counseling experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Guide candidates throughout the admission process
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
