Warehouse Executive specialized in B2C & D2C E-Comm Ops. For our Bhiwandi location to
manage end-to-end Order Processing, Inventory Controls, and Dispatch. He will ensure strict
TAT and zero-defect packaging for our items.
Key Responsibilities :-
B2C & D2C Order Fulfillment
Supervise daily picking, packing, and dispatch for D2C website orders and major
marketplaces.
Monitor and manage partner seller panels including Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra.
Ensure strict adherence to channel-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TAT
metrics.
Enforce packaging protocols to prevent transit damage or leaks.
Closely work with courier aggregators for daily order manifestation.
Resolve transit tracking delays, customer order discrepancies & weight difference.
Train, schedule & lead a dedicated team of warehouse helpers and packers.
Compile and report daily operational metrics, dispatch manifests & MIS data.
Education & Experience
Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of hands-on warehouse experience in B2C/D2C
fulfillment.
Technical & Core Competencies
Strong proficiency in WMS and ERP software.
Competency in using major E-Comm seller panels and marketplaces.
Intermediate to good skills in MS Excel for inventory reconciliations.
Clear communication skills with strong team handling
Pay: ₹300,000.00 per month
