Digital Marketing Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, generate quality leads, and improve customer engagement across multiple online channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives to improve performance.
2. Content Creation & Marketing
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan content calendars, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor social media performance.
4. Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize email strategies based on key metrics.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
6. Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI to maximize results.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, creative, and business teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.
Requirements
Education
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
