Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital channels.
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches over phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
4. Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with field sales, operations, and customer support teams for seamless order execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM records with customer interactions and sales progress.
5. Performance & Market Intelligence
- Meet assigned sales KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rate, and revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and market opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
