We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. Candidates with experience in handling international clients, freight dispatching, carrier management, or US logistics operations are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
- Coordinate and manage freight movements from pickup to delivery.
- Handle load booking, dispatching, and tracking shipments.
- Communicate with international clients professionally via calls and emails.
- Resolve shipment issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain high service quality.
- Prepare and maintain shipment records and reports.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, or international client handling.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of load boards and logistics software is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and email handling.
Pay: ₹21,386.71 - ₹30,835.83 per month
