Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, resource management, client coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver construction projects within the approved timeline and budget.
- Lead and manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Billing Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules before execution.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, resource deployment, and progress schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage project costs, budgets, and material utilization to maximize profitability.
- Review and approve work measurements, RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and material reconciliations.
- Ensure quality control procedures and engineering standards are implemented throughout the project.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and project handover upon completion.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, Structural Steel, Industrial Buildings, Commercial Projects, Finishing Works, Roads, and Infrastructure.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Estimation, Cost Control, and Contracts.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, IS Codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP software (preferred).
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.Tech / PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in civil construction.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
