The Role
We are looking for an articulate and highly motivated "
Client Delivery Lead (Complete Night Shift & Work From Office)" to join our growing team. As the frontline voice of Thanas Tech, you will provide exceptional communication and support to our global clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience in any voice support role (open to any industry).
- Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in English with excellent grammar and clear pronunciation is mandatory.
- Bonus Skills: Knowing additional languages, particularly Hindi, is a strong advantage.
- Location: Candidates living within a 15 to 30 km radius of our Tirunelveli location are highly preferred.
Job Details & Schedule
- Working Days : 6 days a week.
- Shift Timings: Timings will vary based on our international clients' requirements.
- Work Location: In-person at our Tirunelveli office.
