Job Title: Field Sales Executive – School Outreach
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote Anirey Academy’s digital learning application by visiting schools, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools daily to introduce and demonstrate the Anirey Academy app.
- Identify and connect with school principals, coordinators, and management.
- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for teachers and school staff.
- Generate leads and convert them into partnerships or subscriptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing schools for renewals and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect feedback from schools to improve product and sales strategy.
- Maintain records of visits, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech or education sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms.
