Job Purpose:
As the EOR & Payroll Services Executive, you are responsible for the operational success of our global
employment-of-record solutions, managing the delicate balance between Client Satisfaction (the
hiring company) and Contractor Experience (the worker). You will act as a Consultative Partner to our
corporate clients and contractors and serve as the subject-matter expert, ensuring that every contract
is legally sound and every payment is executed with surgical precision across international borders.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Service Delivery: Execute the end-to-end EOR service lifecycle from contractor onboarding to monthly payroll
execution and offboarding procedures and processes.
Expert Contract Administration: Draft and oversee tripartite or back-to-back employment agreements, ensuring they align with
both Access Financial's standards and the local labour laws of the contractor's jurisdiction.
Payroll & Tax Coordination: Deliver a 100% error-free payroll for a global portfolio, managing statutory contributions, social
insurances, and local income tax withholdings.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate cross-border clients, providing guidance
on local employment costs, "Permanent Establishment" risks, and best practices for managing a remote global workforce.
Financial Reconciliation & Invoicing: Manage the "funding-to-payment" workflow, ensuring clients are invoiced accurately for
gross pay, employer taxes, and Access Financial's service fees.
Proactive Compliance & Audit: Continuously monitor international regulatory changes to ensure all managed workers remain
compliant with local "right to work" and tax residency requirements.
Relationship Excellence: Nurture long-term partnerships with agencies, end clients, and contractors through proactive support
and compliance leadership.
