Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional with 8–10 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience working with international clients, and a practical understanding of modern sales processes, lead generation, AI tools, social media platforms, and sales funnel management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, suppliers, distributors, and trade partners.
* Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure business continuity and growth.
* Develop and manage a structured sales funnel for effective lead tracking and conversion.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities globally.
* Utilize AI tools, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and digital channels for business development and lead generation.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
* Represent the company professionally during client interactions, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8–10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
* Experience working with international clients and global markets.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
* Practical knowledge of lead generation techniques and prospecting methods.
* Understanding of sales funnel management and customer journey tracking.
* Good follow-up management and relationship-building skills.
* Basic to intermediate negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and online business development tools.
* Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Import-Export, International Trade, Agriculture Commodities, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
* Existing network of domestic or international business contacts is preferred.
