Job Summary
Urban Immigration is hiring a Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, attending incoming calls, making follow-up calls to prospective clients, and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Schedule appointments for visa counselors and maintain daily records.
- Maintain client data and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the counseling team for client appointments.
- Handle front desk operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a professional and organized reception area.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage.
