Blackbull Group is seeking an experienced Banking Consultant who possesses a thorough understanding of the corporate ecosystem, banking operations, institutional finance, and investment structures. The selected professional will lead strategic funding initiatives, develop banking relationships, structure financial solutions, and support investment development across multiple corporate projects.
This position is intended for professionals capable of operating at a senior corporate level with proven experience in managing high-value banking relationships, debt syndication, structured finance, corporate lending, and institutional investments.
Blackbull Group is hiring a highly experienced Banking Consultant to lead corporate fundraising, banking partnerships, institutional finance, and investment development. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of the corporate ecosystem and a proven record in raising funds through banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and investors. This senior leadership role requires strong expertise in corporate finance, project funding, structured finance, investment strategy, and relationship management. Only experienced professionals with demonstrated success in corporate banking and large-scale funding initiatives should apply. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage banking relationships with public sector, private sector, foreign, and institutional banks.
- Structure corporate funding solutions, including term loans, working capital, project finance, structured debt, and institutional funding.
- Identify and negotiate investment opportunities for Blackbull Group and its associated companies.
- Lead fundraising initiatives through banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, private investors, and investment funds.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, and management teams for seamless execution of funding transactions.
- Prepare financial proposals, business presentations, investment memorandums, and banking documentation.
- Evaluate project viability and recommend suitable financing structures.
- Assist management in expansion planning, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with lenders, investors, financial advisors, and institutional stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, Banking Professional, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12–20+ years of experience in banking, corporate finance, investment banking, project finance, treasury, or institutional funding.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit assessment, investment analysis, and banking documentation.
- Proven track record in raising substantial corporate funds and executing complex financial transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work directly with promoters, directors, investors, and senior management.
