We require "ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER" for St. Joseph University.
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the institution/campus.
- Ensure proper maintenance of campus infrastructure, buildings, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, and utilities.
- Coordinate facility management activities including electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, transport, and general maintenance works.
- Monitor housekeeping, sanitation, security, and safety measures across the campus.
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, licenses, statutory documents, and institutional compliance files.
- Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, and service providers when required.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, certificates, AMC contracts, and statutory approvals.
- Assist management in policy implementation, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning.
- Monitor inventory, asset management, and campus resource utilization.
- Coordinate institutional events, meetings, inspections, accreditation visits, and official functions.
- Handle grievance redressal and administrative support for faculty, staff, students, and parents.
- Ensure discipline, operational efficiency, and smooth communication among departments.
- Prepare administrative reports and submit updates to the management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with institutional rules, safety norms, and government regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
