Requirement:
We have a Showroom at Coimbatore, and we require a Showroom In charge for the showroom.
Role Summary
The Showroom In-Charge will own the sales targets and manage Service and Stamping operations. The role requires strong sales orientation, planning capability, and leadership to increase walk-in footfall, revenue, service efficiency, stamping renewals, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve assigned sales targets for showroom sales
- Handle key walk-in customers and close high-value deals
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, local promotions, and footfall-building activities
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Drive repeat sales, upgrades, and cross-selling of allied products
Campaigns & Footfall Growth
- Plan local marketing initiatives such as dealer visits, customer follow-ups, renewal reminders, and referral programs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve showroom performance
- Take proactive initiatives aligned with company goals without waiting for detailed instructions
Service Management (Managerial Role)
- Manage and monitor Service operations through the Service Coordinator
- Ensure timely handling of showroom and field service calls
- Track service revenue, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
- Support growth of AMC, chargeable service, and spares sales
- Handle service escalations and ensure closure
Stamping Management
- Overall responsibility for stamping and re-stamping renewals
- Monitor due lists, follow-ups, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure stamping revenue targets and customer satisfaction are met
Team & Showroom Operations
- Coordinate between Sales, Service, and Stamping teams
- Ensure smooth daily showroom operations and discipline
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and customer experience
- Prepare and submit performance and activity reports

- Electronic Weighing Scales (own brand & multi-brand)
- Cash Counting Machines
- Sealing Machines
- Paper Shredders
- Jewellery Rate Boards and allied products
Qualification
- Any graduation / diploma preferred
Experience
- 3–6 years experience in showroom sales, branch operations, or retail management
- Experience in weighing scales, electronics, or technical product sales preferred
Skills Required
- Strong sales leadership and target-driven mindset
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
- Good understanding of service and compliance-oriented operations
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
- Team coordination and reporting skills
