About the Role
We’re hiring a Patient Relationship Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, patient interactions, and treatment plan enrollments at our premium physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic. This role involves patient acquisition, sales support, and providing an exceptional clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide patients with professionalism and warmth
- Explain treatment plans and services clearly and confidently
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and data using clinic software
- Support sales and marketing activities (Google/social media/referrals)
- Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction
Who Can Apply
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare, or similar field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales/customer service experience preferred (Freshers welcome)
Fluent in English and Hindi
Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts
