Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Ed-Tech solutions & Training programs in Mumbai. The role involves B2B and B2C client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end customer handling within the education and digital learning ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive client interactions, institutional partnerships, and field travel across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B clients (schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates, coaching centers, and channel partners) for Ed-Tech products and services
- Drive B2C sales by engaging with students, parents, and working professionals through direct meetings, demos, and consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and individual customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, presentations, and negotiations across Mumbai
- Understand client learning requirements and recommend appropriate Ed-Tech solutions (courses, platforms, programs, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Ensure timely documentation, onboarding, and adherence to internal processes
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate degree (Education, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Min 2 years of experience in Ed-Tech, Education Sales, or allied service industries
- Proven experience in B2B institutional sales and/or B2C customer acquisition
- Strong customer handling, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to explain educational products, learning outcomes, and value propositions clearly
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and institutional visits
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
