Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operation of STP plant
- Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems, and treatment process
- Maintain proper plant performance and treated water quality
- Handle operators and maintenance staff at site
- Ensure timely cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain logbooks, reports, and operational records
- Coordinate with project engineers and management
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues
- Ensure safety procedures and site discipline
- Monitor chemical dosing and sludge handling activities
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or related field
- Experience in STP/WTP/ETP operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, pipelines, and treatment process
- Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
- Good communication and reporting skills
Experience:
- 1–5 Years preferred
- (Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply)
