1. Access Control & Visitor Management: Verify the identification of residents, guests, and vendors before permitting entry.
Maintain detailed visitor logs and manage the issuance of temporary passes
2. Patrolling & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot or mobile patrols of the perimeter, parking lots, corridors, and common areas like play zones.
Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels in real-time to detect suspicious behavior.
3. Emergency Response: Act as a first responder to fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services as needed
4. Incident Reporting: Document daily activities, irregularities (e.g., property damage or unauthorized persons), and any security incidents in detailed reports for management.
5. Rule Enforcement: Enforce site-specific policies, such as parking regulations, noise complaints, and guest protocols, to maintain order within the community.
6. Asset Protection: Inspect physical barriers like doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are locked and functioning properly
7. Supervision: Supervise the security vendors. Ensure they follow the company protocols and policies.
