Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various hospital roles including medical staff, nursing staff, paramedical staff, and administrative positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to source qualified healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for hospital roles such as doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, technicians, and administrative staff
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hospital management
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Manage documentation, offer letters, and onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure timely hiring to meet hospital staffing requirements
- Build a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for future hiring needs
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of recruitment experience can apply.Experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, HR software, and job portals
- Ability to hire medical and non-medical staff
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
