Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, have a good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance, and be capable of independently handling recruitment, employee onboarding, training, attendance, and employee engagement activities. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with both staff and shop-floor employees.

## Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
* Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR practices.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with workers, staff, and management.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
