As we continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare and release job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with hotel management institutes and placement agencies for campus hiring.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Hospitality recruitment experience will be an added advantage).
