Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd., one of the leading automobile dealership groups in India, is looking for Customer Relation Executives / Tele-calling Executives to join our Customer Relation Center. This role involves interacting with customers over phone for sales support, service support, lead follow-ups, feedback collection, and customer assistance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle sales enquiries and service reminders
- Contact customers for feedback collection after sales and service
- Manage digital leads received through website, social media, and online campaigns
- Assist customers with vehicle service bookings and general enquiries
- Record all customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication approach
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Ability to interact confidently with customers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Telecalling / BPO / Customer Support / Call Center is an advantage
