Role Overview:
You will lead Saathi partner onboarding and performance reviews, driving store expansion and first‑order sales. The role focuses on effective partner management, sustainable engagement, and collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams, while owning digital enablement tools to enhance customer experience.
The Role:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for expansion
Lead and execute the processes for Saathi partner onboarding and partner performance reviews.
Onboard 100+ stores annually and drive first-order sales
Enable the right reach and penetration in the territory by onboarding partners and placing the AgroStar brand products
Effective management of Saathi partners and Indirect distribution
Closely work with the territory sales teams to enhance sustainable partner engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including capability, sales, and marketing to ensure Saathi partners' success.
Own and drive Digital enablement tools like the mobile app for partners for targeted objectives and enhanced customer experience.
What we are looking for:
A graduation in BSc agriculture or a related field is mandatory.
Should have at least 1+ years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry.
Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District.
Ability to multitask.
