About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal for our B. Pharmacy College who can provide strong academic leadership and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in pharmacy education, administration, accreditation processes, and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership for the overall academic and administrative functioning of the Pharmacy College.
* Ensure compliance with PCI, AICTE, DTE, State Government, University, and other regulatory norms.
* Manage accreditation, inspections, approvals, and statutory documentation.
Lead faculty recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and retention.
Oversee curriculum implementation, academic planning, and quality assurance initiatives.
* Promote research activities, industry collaborations, and student development programs.
* Monitor admissions, student welfare, examination processes, and institutional growth.
* Develop and implement policies to enhance academic excellence and institutional reputation.
* Coordinate with regulatory authorities and represent the institution in official matters.
Educational Qualification
Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory)
Qualification and experience as per PCI/AICTE norms.
Experience :
12–15 years of experience in Pharmacy education.
Significant experience in academic administration and leadership roles.
Thorough knowledge of PCI, AICTE, University, and Government regulations.
