Position: Sales Trainer

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (EdTech Industry Mandatory)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging sales training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Develop and implement sales training modules, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve communication, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Conduct product knowledge and process training.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and collaborate with management to improve sales effectiveness.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of inside sales, counseling, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
