What You’ll Do
* Drive business growth by generating high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
* Develop strategic pricing, promotions, and sales plans
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals
* Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies
* Plan and manage projects, including timelines and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery
* Provide training, guidance, and documentation to stakeholders
* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
* Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 5+ years of proven experience in sales or sales management
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
* Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
