Job Summary:
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical exposure to HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Support in onboarding new employees
- Prepare employee files and maintain records
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents
3. HR Operations
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Update HR databases and MIS reports
- Assist in payroll data preparation
4. Employee Engagement
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Help in conducting employee feedback surveys
5. General HR Support
- Handle basic employee queries
- Assist HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment portals
