Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Student Relationship Executives to connect with prospective students and parents, understand their educational goals, explain study abroad opportunities, and schedule counselling appointments for our counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Follow-Up
- Contact students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain study abroad opportunities for UG, PG, MBBS, Engineering, and other programs.
- Understand student requirements, academic background, and career goals.
- Answer basic queries regarding admissions, countries, universities, fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.
Student Profiling
- Collect and update student information:
- Name
- Course / Stream
- Academic Qualification
- Year of Study / Graduation
- Preferred Country
- Budget
- Career Interest
- Identify genuinely interested students.
- Maintain accurate student records.
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule counselling appointments for Academic Advisors.
- Coordinate online and offline counselling sessions.
- Send reminders and confirmations.
WhatsApp & CRM Management
- Share brochures, university profiles, and event invitations through WhatsApp.
- Maintain communication records in CRM/Excel.
- Update lead status regularly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
