Production Planning Skill.
1. Production planning as per customer-based PO - monthly / quarterly & annually.
2. Planning and implementation the line side production as per customer based OTD.
3. Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
4. Plan workflow and schedules for production departments & coordinating with other teams.
5. Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements & kaizens.
6. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules & customer-based deliveries.
7. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
8. Determine/Evaluate equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production
9. Plan and execute measures to optimize capacity utilization of the Plant, administer quality controls, oversee plant safety, Optimize production costs & dispatch planning.
10. Coordinating with muti department and ensuring timely dispatches & reporting to management.
Customer OTD & Production Planning Control Skill.
11. Monitor and review the PO vs actual process planning to meet customer OTD.
12. Daily review on shop floor OTD & plan the work accordingly for next day / week forecast.
13. Determine production requirements based on the plant capacity and production specifications.
14. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery to customer.
15. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Delay Risk Control Skill.
16. Anticipate the delay risk with corrective measure actions & reporting to management.
17. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines & report to the management.
18. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities with proper counter measures.
19. Notify customers on any delays and outages & make recovery plan as per process to meet OTD.
20. Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
Training & Develop the Team Skill.
21. Assist in new product development and enhancements.
22. Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.
23. Awareness of high levels of safety, quality and productivity processes
24. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
25. Experience as a Project member for Green Field projects or volume up including installation and statutory compliance/approvals process would be an added advantage.
Requirements
26. DME / BE degree with PPC Proven 1-2+ years of experience as a PPC Engineer.
27. Knowledge on kanban flow skills, Experience in problem solving & analysis of data and reporting.
28. Outstanding verbal, written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills.
29. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks, Create accountability and to lead by example.
30. Professional PPC certification an added advantage with networking skills and Strong work ethics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
