We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Engineer for our projection screen manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and smooth functioning of factory equipment, utilities, infrastructure, and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and rectify all electrical and mechanical maintenance issues in the factory and office premises.
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of:
- Electrical panels and wiring
- Generator sets
- Water pumps and motors
- CNC machines and production equipment
- Air compressors, insulators, and related utilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor factory utilities and ensure uninterrupted functioning of power, water, and equipment.
- Coordinate with external service providers whenever required for specialized repairs and AMC activities.
- Maintain all factory furniture, fixtures, office interiors, doors, locks, lighting, plumbing, and civil-related works.
- Supervise upkeep of factory surroundings, garden, cleanliness, and general maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and service schedules.
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with electrical and maintenance safety standards.
- Support production team for smooth daily operations and immediate resolution of maintenance-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in factory maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, motors, generators, CNC machines, pumps, and industrial maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of welding, plumbing, civil maintenance, and utility management will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently identify and solve maintenance issues quickly.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling emergency breakdown situations.
- Should be willing to stay connected beyond working hours in case of urgent maintenance requirements.
