- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls,emails and messages professionally
- Respond to customer inquires regarding medicine availability,pricing,offers and store services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with pharmacists and store teams for order processing and delivery updates
- Follow up with customers regarding orders,prescriptions and service requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and complaints
- Schedule reminder calls for precription refills and promotional campaigns
- Educate customers about pharmacy services,loyalty programs and home delivery options
- Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager
Pay: ₹9,783.54 - ₹25,000.00 per month
