- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
- Draft, review and enhance client communication using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, or similar) to improve response quality and efficiency.
- Provide detailed information on financial products, particularly mutual funds and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Understand the nature and urgency of client queries; prioritize tasks and ensure resolution within the prescribed TAT.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Product) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving customer issues and improving overall service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client servicing in the financial domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially mutual funds; NISM certification preferred.
- Proficiency in using AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and communication quality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
