Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Administration & System Ownership
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce across operations
- Manage user access, permissions, roles, and group structures
- Maintain and enhance:
- workflows, process builders, Lightning components
- dashboards, reports, and case management functionality
- Support incident management, defect resolution, and ServiceNow tickets
- Collaborate with platform/studio teams for system enhancements
- Ensure strong data quality, integrity, and governance controls
- Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to end users
2. MI, Reporting & Data Analytics
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Translate business requirements into actionable MI and insights
- Develop SQL queries and logic for data extraction and analysis
- Build scalable reporting frameworks integrating Salesforce and other systems
- Monitor key operational metrics (SLA, productivity, complaints, risk events)
- Provide trend analysis, forecasting, and decision-support insights
- Develop automation solutions using:
- Excel & VBA (macros, reporting automation)
- Power Automate (workflow automation, data movement)
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Support creation of data pipelines and automated reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
3. Operational MI and planning insights
- Support integration between Salesforce, Power BI, and data platforms
- Work with:
- Databricks (optional) for data pipelines and notebooks
- Azure DevOps (optional) for deployment and data refresh automation
- Enable API/data extraction layers to support real-time reporting

- Graduate in any discipline

- Knowledge of Apex, triggers, workflows, Lightning components
- Experience in case management, dashboards, and reporting within Salesforce
Data & Analytics
- Strong proficiency in:
- Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data modelling)
- SQL (data extraction and transformation)
- Excel & VBA (automation, reporting)
Automation & Tools
- Power Automate (workflow automation)
- Collaboration tools: Teams, Jira, Confluence
Advanced / Desirable Skills
- Azure
- Databricks (data pipelines, Python/SQL notebooks)
- Application monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics)
- CI/CD, static code analysis tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx)
